SIMSIM AMI wins Microsoft Innovation Award

CASON's DIWICON SIMSIM AMI system has won the 2010 Microsoft Innovation Award in the "Applications on Windows Azure" category.

The aim of the Innovation Award founded by Microsoft Hungary is to focus attention on those Hungarian software developer companies which develop innovative computer programs and solutions using new Microsoft's products and technologies.
The award winner DIWICON SIMSIM AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) is on of the CASON Engineering Plc's products. SIMSIM AMI is a web based application which displays consumption data received from electricity, gas or water meters. With SIMSIM CASON provides a complex solution which contains everything from hardware to software: the consumers can monitor their electricity, gas and water consumption even on their smart phones.
