EU funds CASON

In 2008 CASON was the recipient of two EU grants from the Hungarian National Development Agency.

As one of the pioneers in Smart Metering Solutions, CASON was granted 100 mil. HUF for Enterprise Innovation under the title of "Developing Energy Smart Metering Platform: Prototype and Product Development at CASON Engineering Plc". The issue of Smart Metering and conscious energy consumption are in the world spotlight now as we are challenged to use our resources more efficiently and as each one of us becomes more conscious of our energy consumption. This is why Smart Metering is not only a huge issue in the EU, but is gaining attention worldwide.
