One of the purposes of the product monitoring application is the continuous monitoring of the product dosages transported in the pipeline, for the sake of optimal separation of the receiver side dosages and mixed phases.

Furthermore, its purpose is the identification of the product dosages, and phases, respectively, located in the long-distance product pipeline system, their monitoring in the pipeline, as well as the forecasting of the necessary changes of phases in sufficient time.
The graphic and textual form of displaying the product monitoring is able to continuously provide full scale information for the dispatcher service about the expected point of time of arrival for the products flowing in the individual pipeline sections and pipeline segments, the geographic positions of the dosages, their sequential order and the characteristics of the products.
