External Zig-C Based Unit for Reading Gas Meters of Households

DW 3390 UG is an independent industrial wireless network endpoint used for collecting and forwarding data from utility gas meters.

The device can be installed directly under the display case of the gas meters without the need of any additional fittings. 
Gas meter monitoring  is continuous, so the system is fully suited to the strict requirements of the liberalized market and appropriate to minimize losses on last miles.
The use of Zig-C technology means that communication is wireless and power consumption is so low that the internal batteries will last for more than 5 years.
